While in vet school Dr. Patel was an extern at Big Creek Animal Hospital. He knew from his first day with us that he wanted to work with our team after graduation. Dr. Patel states that everyone he has crossed paths with at BCAH, even some clients, has made his day in some way and has really enjoyed forming connections and bonds with everyone.

Dr. Patel has one four-legged family member, a goofy five-year-old Golden Retriever named Zeke! Outside of work Dr. Patel enjoys golfing, hiking, playing basketball, working out, and hanging out with friends. He enjoys being active whenever he can!

What Our Clients Are Saying

Dr. Prem, and the entire staff at Big Creek animal hospital, is amazing! They have taken excellent care of our sweet dog Fred at a very difficult time in his life. They really are a special group.

I have been to Big Creek a few times recently for 3 different foster Boxers. I’ve worked with both Dr. Estes and Dr. Prem and had a great experience. They were so patient and took the time to address each of my concerns and make sure I was comfortable with the plan and all the info that was coming at me. Especially with fosters, these dogs come in with little to no history so these first vet visits are so important and making sure I’m comfortable and the dogs are not overwhelmed is super important to me, too. I definitely recommend them!
